  2. Mind Mapping: Utilizing key words and phrases from the mission statement, we create a comprehensive mind map to visualize and explore all potential avenues.
  3. Defining Objectives: From the mind map, we identify the top 3-5 project objectives that will guide the design process.
  4. Brainstorming Goals: In a non-judgmental and open environment, we brainstorm potential project goals, ensuring a wide range of creative solutions.
  5. Marination Period: We set aside the objectives and goals for 2-4 weeks, allowing ideas to marinate and evolve naturally.
  6. Rigorous Review: Upon revisiting, we rigorously review and prioritize the goals and objectives to align with the project's vision and feasibility.
  7. Project Plan Development: Based on the refined goals and objectives, we develop a detailed project plan that includes clear milestones and contingencies to ensure a smooth execution.
